I made a mistake on my Green Thai order – accidentally ordered the wrong quantity and didn’t realize until after I submitted it. I was worried I’d be stuck with it but Hive team reached out and fixed everything for me really quick. It really impressed me was how Jack personally handled my order issue. For some odd reason I chose to try 2 other vendors and I have to say this… Hive you made me feel welcome and I believe I’m changing over to you.
