Each capsule contains 0.5g (500mg) of pure kratom powder — and that’s excluding the weight of the capsule itself! So if you grab a bag of 100 capsules, you’re getting 50g of kratom total. We always measure by the kratom inside, not the shell, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
