I’ve placed probably 8 or 9 split kilo orders from Hive at this point and honestly?? not once have i been disappointed. What really got me hooked early on was when I emailed Jack about a shipment that got delayed (postal service issue, not Hive’s fault at all). He responded the same day, ofered a discount on my next order, and kept me updated untill the package showed up. Like… that kind of costumer service is just rare man. The powder quality itslef is consistenly excellent – never had a bad batch. Shipping is always fast, usualy 2-3 days to the East Coast!! They’ve also included litle free samples a couple times which is a fun bonus lol. Hive has 100% earned my loyalty, not going anywhere else!!

Ok so I’ve been meaning to wirte this review for a while now. I found Hive after a really bad experience with another vendor. Powder was stale, took 2 weeks to arive, and customer service ghosted me. Started ordering the 2x500g split kilo from Hive on a friend’s reccomendation and honestly the difference is night and day. Jack actualy responded to my email within a few hours when I had a question about wich strains to pick for the split. The product itself? Fantatsic. The discount I got on my second order was a pleasent bonus too. I’m not going anywhere esle.

smooth experience overall
ok so this is gonna be a long one, bear with me lol. I’d been looking for a reliabel kratom vendor for over a year… the problem is the market is flooded with vendors who seem legit until they’re not. Either the powder quality is inconsistant or they’re slow to ship or costumer service is basically non-existant. Found hive through a friend who’d been using them for about 6 months without a single complaint. She specificaly told me to try the 2x500g split kilo so I could pick two diferent strains. Placed my first order and honestly the experience was so smooth I was almost suspicous lol…. Both bags were sealed perfectly, powder was fresh, and the quality was exacty what I hoped for. Got a nice litle sample packet thrown in too which let me try a strain I never would have picked myslef… ended up loving it. Placed 4 orders since then. Jack is easy to reach, responds fast, and clearly takes pride in what he’s putting out ❤️ Prices are competitive too.

Reliability is worth everything
I usually don’t bother leaving reviews but Hive genuinely deserves the recognition. I’m someone who’s been in the kratom community for a while and tried a ton of different vendors over the years. Some are great for a while then slip, some are consistently mediocre, some are just bad. Hive has been consistently excellent across every one of my split kilo orders. I’m on number 7 or 8 now. What I appreciate most is the reliability. I know when I place an order on a Monday I’ll have it by Wednesday. I know the powder will be fresh. I know if I email Jack with a question I’ll get a real answer within a few hours. That consistency is worth a lot. Prices are also genuinely competitive for a full kilo split two ways. Not the cheapest on the internet but when you factor in quality and service it’s the best value I’ve found. Got free samples on a couple orders too. Long story short: Hive has earned a loyal customer in me.

Honestly wasnt sure what to expect with my first Hive order but it worked out pretty well. Shipping was faster than they said it would be and both 500g bags showed up perfecty sealed. Powder qualiy was genuinly good, no compliants there. I’d been a bit skepticle about ordering kratom online but Hive kind of put those worries to rest. There was even a small samle of another strain tucked in which i wasnt expecting. Yeah i’ll be ordering again for sure.

ok so i debated writing this but honestly Hive deserves it. Found this place after getting burned by two other vendors who were charging premium prices for mediocre powder… the second one also took almost two weeks to ship which is just unnacceptable lol. Powder quality is excelent and consistant, hasn’t changed once across my orders. Pricing is fair too… not the cheapest out there but when you factor in the quality and shipping speed its honestly the best value i’ve found. Ok so I have to write this while its fresh in my mind!! Discovered hiive because of a reccomendation in a group of mine. I’d been hesitant to order online because you just never know waht you’re getting… but so many people had really good things to say about Jack and hive so I figured why not. Placed a small split kilo order to test the waters. It arrived in TWO days. Seriuosly!! Both 500g bags were sealed securley, everything smelled fresh, and the powder quality was exacty what I was hoping for. I even got a litle freebie sample I wasnt expecting which was such a nice suprize!! Have since placed two more orders lol. Where do I even start. I found Hive about four months ago after spending way too long searchign for a reliable vendor. I tried probaly four other places before landing here and honestly none of them were consistant. Sometimes the powder was great, sometimes it felt weak or old. A freind finally told me to try Hive and pointed me to the split kilo. I wish I’d done it sooner. Being able to split 1kg accross two strains is such a smart option. Ok this review is a long time coming lol. I’ve been ordering the split kilo from Hive for close to a year now and it’s genuinly become one of those things I just don’t have to think about anymore… I know what I’m getting and I know it’ll show up fast!! My very first order was placed on a Wedensday afternoon. Had a tracking number Thurdsay morning and both 500g bags were on my porch by Friday. Like that kind of speed actualy matters to me!! Powder quality has been consistant across all my orders which is honestly the most important thing. I’ve tried maybe 6 diferent strain combinations through the split kilo at this point and they’ve all been great – not a single dissapointment. I also apreciate that Jack seems to actualy care??
