Personal Data Protection All visitor and customer data is stored in our secured and encrypted databases, protected by real-time security software managed by our web hosting company.
To ensure maximum protection of personal information, trained personnel monitor the server, website, plugins, and software. We vigilantly monitor both website and server activity.
Kratom Hive features end-to-end, 256-bit SSL encryption. All information submitted by users or visitors, including sensitive data from contact forms or user registration, is encrypted and can only be accessed by our platform.
Your data security is our highest priority. We take extensive precautions to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorized access or theft.
Data Breach Procedures Customer information (names, delivery addresses, emails, phone numbers) is stored in a MySQL database monitored and maintained by our security technician.
We employ protective software and plugins to secure our database against malicious attacks on potential vulnerabilities. For security purposes, our servers never store banking or credit card information. Financial information is transmitted directly to payment gateways, with our website having no access to such data.
For order processing, our employees can access customer accounts containing names, addresses, emails, or phone information to update contact/delivery details or reset passwords.
Employee activities related to user accounts are closely monitored to protect users’ personal information.
Third-Party Data Collection We may receive user information (location, IP address) from tracking and analytics software that use cookies to monitor browsing activity. We currently utilize Statcounter, a reputable web traffic analysis service.
Third-party user information is securely stored by Statcounter.com for marketing purposes, accessible only to marketing employees. The service provides only IP addresses and their locations, used exclusively for analyzing browsing activity and web traffic trends associated with Kratom Hive.
Decision Making and User Data To protect against malicious traffic, we use a WordPress extension called Wordfence, a firewall that tracks attacks and monitors user activity for signs of malicious content or code.
If Wordfence detects unusual activity from a specific IP, users may be automatically blocked. As this process is automated, false-positive blacklisting may occasionally occur.
