Refund and Return Policy

Kratom Hive offers a 30-day money-back guarantee applicable to both unopened and opened products. No justification is required when requesting a refund; however, all products (opened and unopened) must be returned to us before we process any reimbursement.

The 30-day refund period commences when the tracking number indicates successful delivery, not from the order placement date. To qualify for a return, opened products must contain at least 85% of their original contents. Opened products will not be restocked but will be safely disposed of.

We have implemented a maximum limit on yearly replacements. This policy was established after discovering coordinated efforts to exploit our customer service through planned complaints and replacement requests. Currently, all refunds or replacements will be processed only after the product is returned to us, which is standard retail practice. Claims that products were discarded will not be accepted as valid grounds for refund without return. While we remain committed to customer satisfaction and assistance, fairness requires that replacement eligibility depends on returning products with at least 85% unused content. We do not provide replacements for samples, as these are complimentary gifts. A maximum of 3 replacements per year is permitted (for example, if USPS repeatedly loses your orders, we cannot indefinitely reship at our expense).

Refund Request Procedure:

  1. Contact customer support via email or phone using the information available on our contact page
  2. Customer support will email you a return postage label
  3. Print and use this label to avoid paying return postage fees
  4. Visit your local post office with the printed label (or bring it as an attachment/photo on a mobile device if printing is unavailable)
  5. Ensure the product is securely and properly packaged before shipping (use a new box if necessary)
  6. We will track the package until it reaches our facility
  7. Your refund will be processed either as a charge reversal on your e-check/credit card or by mailing a check to your specified shipping address

Exchange Policy

Unopened products may be returned or exchanged for up to 90 days from the receipt date. To return or exchange an unopened product:

  1. Contact customer support by phone or email using the information on our contact page
  2. Customer support will email you a return postage label
  3. Apply this label to your package if you wish to avoid return postage costs
  4. Visit your local post office with either a printed label or a photo/attachment on your mobile device
  5. After mailing the package, notify customer support, who will monitor its status using the tracking number
  6. Once tracking is confirmed, customer service will either generate a new shipping label for your desired exchange or initiate the refund process
